RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions – Retail customers.

  1. General

    1. This Returns Policy applies to any goods purchased by retail customers on the Dirty Pretty Things website at https://dirtypretty.co (‘the Website’) from Dirty Pretty Things Pty Ltd A.C.N. 650 197 112 as trustee for the Dirty Pretty Things Trust (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) (‘the Goods’).

  2. Warranties

    1. The Goods must be:

      1. fit for the purpose for which Goods of the same kind are commonly supplied and any other reasonable purpose made known to us; and

      2. of clothing, apparel and/or merchandise quality and be free from defect in material and workmanship.

  3. Return of Goods

    1. If you believe Goods purchased from the Website do not comply with the standards in clause 1.1, you may seek a refund or replacement.

    2. If you are seeking a refund or replacement:

      1. you must provide proof of purchase;

      2. contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery using the details listed on the Website (https://dirtypretty.co) from time to time;

      3. complete our Returns Policy Form or Change of Mind Form (whichever is applicable);

      4. the Goods must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached)

    3. Upon receiving your request for a refund or replacement, we will make arrangements with you to collect the Goods and will either replace the Goods or issue a refund according to the original method of payment.

    4. The Goods you wish to have refunded or replaced cannot be underwear, earrings, cosmetics, charity items, seconds, samples, customised Goods and/or gift cards.

    5. Please refer to our Returns Form, Change of Mind Policy and Change of Mind Form.

  4. Consumer Guarantees

    1. The Returns Policy applies in addition to any other rights to which you may be entitled under the consumer guarantees provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
