CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

In addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer a change of mind policy on the following terms in relation to https://dirtypretty.co clothing, apparel, merchandise and/or goods (“Goods”).

  1. Dirty Pretty Things is happy to offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind on full price and reduced Goods.

  2. Subject the balance of this policy, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of Dirty Pretty Things Goods, you can contact us within 28 days of taking delivery and return the Goods. You will then receive a store credit for the purchase price of your Goods (excluding the initial delivery charges as set out in your order confirmation email) or a refund.

  3. The Dirty Pretty Things refund or store credit will be subject to the following:-

    1. proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned Goods;

    2. the Goods must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached);


      1. our Returns Policy Form or Change of Mind Form (whichever is applicable) is completed and enclosed with the returned Goods;


      1. if any discounts were received at the time of purchase, refunds will be the purchase price of the Goods, which would include any discounts give

    1. The Goods you wish to have refunded or replaced cannot be underwear, earrings, cosmetics, charity items, seconds, samples, customised Goods and/or gift cards.

    2. You must notify us within 28 days of taking delivery of your Goods and request a return under this policy.

    3. If there is no proof of the delivery date it will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the Goods.

    4. The Goods must be returned to us within 10 business days of your request to return your Goods.

    5. You must return the Goods at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the Goods that our staff provide to you. The Goods will remain your responsibility during transit until it is received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

    6. After receiving the returned Goods, we will issue a refund (via the same payment method/card used for the original purchase) or store credit as soon as is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.

    7. We reserve the right to make changes to this Change of Mind Policy without notice to you.

    8. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
